I build design organizations that move business outcomes. It started at Verizon Labs, where I earned five issued U.S. patents across connected health and mobile interaction design. It became a discipline at SimplyWell, where a design-led transformation helped drive a 5x EBITDA exit via the company's acquisition by Virgin Pulse, backed by Marlin Equity. It became a P&L at Robert Half, where I transformed the team-staffing business into a managed creative services hub, building talent and solutions for Fortune 100 companies generating $12M+ in annual revenue.
Today, as Head of UX & Innovation at MoneyGram, I run that same playbook at global scale — a Center of Excellence serving 200+ countries, cutting across nearly every participant and product offering for B2B and B2C. I'm responsible for AI-operationalized research, content creation, creative ideation, design-system governance, and a brand that's already returning double-digit growth — all while managing the experience around global money movement with some of the most talented professionals I've ever worked with.
